Let's get going! Dips, boats, lunges, 3 legged dog, bear walks ... we pack a lot into this flowing 20 minuter so grab your mat, hit play and before you know it, you'll be in savasana.

Finding presence and enjoyment in our round-the-hip-joint yin class. With buddhist stories and gentle reminders to stay in the moment, this is a great one to hone our ability to meditate.

Focussing on pelvis position with control and balance this week which can be used to either assist with lower back issues or allow you to do all other movements (press-ups, burps etc) with more precision & control.

What does yoga in 40mph winds look like? This!!! Lets ground & lets strengthen so that when we're bombarded with external challenges we can hold steady, feel sturdy and not be nudged off course. Whatever life throws at us, we'll be all the more ready after this one....

FITNESS: Cardio & Core (45mins)
Blast away the cobwebs and get moving with this killer cardio and core challenge.
YOGA: Gentle Flow: Feet First (50mins)
Starting with the feet, we'll explore through the body to stretch and make space both physically and mentally. Do what you body craves and take it gentle once in a while. You'll feel the benefits flood back to you.
YOGA: Strong Flow: Froggy Feet (22mins)
New and wonderful movements to challenge and foster alertness in both body and mind. Progressions of moving squats and feet movements make this a productive and fun way to spend 20 minutes.

Enjoy the progressions into shoulder, hamstring and core work to enable us to get further towards our Bird of Paradise pose. Taking each step one by one allows us to climb the mountain without overwhelm. So start the journey here.
