MOBILITY: Full Body Flow (6mins)
Improve your mobility with this full body mobility flow. It only takes 6 minutes and is great as a warm up before a workout or a run. We recommend doing a flow like this every day (even on rest days) to make fast lasting mobility gains.
MOBILITY: Wrist Mobility and Strength (2min+)
Use this sequence of wrist drills to warm up and strengthen weak wrists. They are also a must before any handstand, arm balancing and crawling workouts.
