Join us as day meet night in equal measures for an exploration of breath and body along side deep relaxation.We will be guided by Nataliya through traditional Yoga Asanas as the sound frequencies infuse the space within and around us for a full immersive experience through the layers of self.
Our practice will round off with an extended Sound Savasana with crystal and tibetan sound bowls, to allow the body, mind and spirit to surrender into full release.
This will be a Rejuvenating and Restoring exploration…opening us up into the New Season.
