Celebrate the longest daylight week and join us for an evening of unique, fun and challenging classes followed by a outdoor social at Energy for Life. Choose from an invigorating, feel-good outdoor 60 minute yoga practice with Emma or a challenging, endorphin pumping team workout downstairs, or a fun-filled Pilates class with Katie. Then roll up your mat, towel off the sweat and head outside for an ice cold beer (other drinks available plus non-alcoholic options), some bar snacks and socialising. Friends Welcome
