Give yourself a vibrant Sunday afternoon this winter. Combining a love of funky tunes and partner work we’ll have fun and improve your flexibility, alignment, strength and balance.
We will start with energising movements linking postures with breath to optimally warm up. Great tunes, and some funky moves will give us time to unwind, try new things and prepare for the second part of the session.
During the partner work section of the class you will be working with a friend or partner, which not only compliments our usual self-practice, but enhances and deepens it on a physical and spiritual level. It is also a great way of working with a group of people and feeling the underlying message of yoga – true connection and union. We will explore different movements and exercises to help each other to build flexibility & strength, go upside down and push slightly beyond the perceived limitations.
This empowering class is sure to have you smiling widely, deepening connections and leaving you stress free and ready for whatever the new week has in store for you.
All levels of practice are welcome, although it is advised to have some background in terms of physical movement.
You can either come together with a friend or come alone and you will be partnered with another participant.
