A Talk On: Training with your menstrual cycle

Does your energy, motivation and training capacity swing wildly and you don’t know why?
Does your recovery sometimes take far longer than usual?

Join Olive to explore the different phases of the menstrual cycle (including peri-menopause and post menopause) and learn how to align and support your training during these different phases.

We will cover:
– the different phases of the menstrual cycle and how each can influence performance in training, movement and day to day life
– ⁠how we can use that knowledge in our training; i.e when to push or when to take a step back for more recovery
– ⁠we’ll also talk about peri and post menopause and how to navigate some of the changes

It’s for you if:
You are interested in the effects that the menstrual cycle can have on training / movement and you want to put into practices changes that will help you feel healthier, stronger and have more energy.

You will leave the training with clarity on how to maximise your gains, how to balance your energy, how to work with your hormones rather than against them, and how to schedule your training to feel better.
