Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) involves breathing deeply and connecting your inhale with your exhale without pausing. This powerful breathing pattern can help you enter an altered state of consciousness.
Responses can be wide ranging from deeply relaxing; to the release of trauma, grief and anger; to a connection to the divine and feelings of bliss and euphoria. Whatever your experience during the breathwork, the ultimate outcome is insightful understanding and greater access to feelings of peace and comfort.

Each session includes some mindful movement to help us sense into our body and release any tightness. We will then proceed to a 1 hour psychedelic breathwork journey and finish with some grounding healthy snacks and an option to share our amazing experience with others.

Through the powerful tool of breathwork Jasmine has been able to help herself and those she’s breathed to bring healing and growth. Jasmine is a Breathing Space facilitator and teacher and is trained in Hypnotherapy, NLP coaching, Reiki, Reflexology, Massage and Channelled Healing.
What to bring: Please bring a water bottle and wear warm, comfortable clothing.
Contraindications: Some medical conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar, epilepsy, heart conditions, glaucoma, detached retina, high blood pressure, recent surgery, risk of stroke and pregnancy, can be contraindications to conscious connected breathwork.
