We all (or most of us) are born with this perfect breath, but then life happens, stress, repetitive movements, round posture, lack of exercise, and fatty processed foods are all influencing our breath. Over time these components overwrite our effortless breath into an unhealthy breathing pattern.
These newly learned breathing patterns can be the reason for enhanced anxiety, pain in the neck and shoulders, digestion issues, high blood pressure, breathlessness, and the list goes on and on.
