Everyone values honest communication; we know that telling the truth is what we need to do. Yet, we fear upsetting people, we fear rocking the boat and we fear conflict.

The goal of this workshop is to provide you with tools to understand your emotions and the message that your body and mind give you so that you can live consciously and respond calmly to life’s events.
– Learn to foster a deeper more meaningful relationship with yourself and with others.
– Learn to regulate your emotions: This makes life so much easier, you gain more energy and time, feel calmer in your body and therefore less stressed and this benefits the whole family. A calm and content mom means a happier home.
– Learn how to say what you feel and say what you need, without it feeling hard or losing friends/family members and without it turning into a heated discussion
Stop worrying about being judged and learn to let go of “shoulds” for ultimate aligned living
– Learn how to let go of resentment and anger and needing to feel in control
– Identify your ego stories and shadow self and learn to notice how your – self narrative drives many of your emotional reactions and behaviours
– Learn how to embody your emotions rather than take your anger out on the family – this really helps any women that find themselves feeling snappy or shouting at the kids by cultivating your wise inner parent to identify your needs
– Explore and reconnect with your deepest wants and desires, practising expressing your true authentic self in all areas of your life and speaking out about what you truly need without feeling cringy or ungrateful or selfish.
– Release self-sabotaging behaviour that leaves us feeling stuck, trapped, unfulfilled and tense in the body (particularly shoulders and hips and pelvic floor)
