This 2 hour Yin Yoga Workshop will have a focus on moving into the New Year.
This workshop will be full of delicious nourishing Yoga practices to soften and ground into our bodies and to fill up with our own sense of inner peace and inner love.
You will have space to reflect on letting go of what has not served you from the past year, as well as having space to consider and invite what you want/need/desire for the New Year ahead.
Approx 1 hour of Yin Yoga, 30 mins of Nidra and a little extra time to meditate, reflect and breathe…………
No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
Please bring a notepad and pen as we will do a little bit of journaling.
We recommend that before the event you start to reflect on what you would like to let go off and also what you want to invite in for the new year. This will help to enable a deeper sense of clarity for you within the workshop, making the work we do even more powerful and beneficial. However don’t worry if you dont have time or space to do this, as there is dedicated time within the event to do this as well.
