Another tough workout with Henry for the kettlebell warriors out there!
STRENGTH: Weighted Workout (55mins)
A version of our improvised weighted workouts using anything from water bottles to back backs to a dumbbell or kettlebell.
YOGA: Gentle Flow: Neck and Shoulder Ease (60mins)
60min version. Shoulders, neck and jaw are where we can hold a lot of our tension so working into these areas can lead to a big shift in how you feel. The last 15mins is a delicious guided meditation.
YOGA: Strong Flow: Ribs & Breath (60mins)
Using a strap to bring awareness to our ribs, the breath and use that awareness to enliven and enlighten our practice, open our posture and feel DARN good.
YOGA: Strong Flow: Real-ly Wheel-y (60mins)
As always, a fun flowing adventure, this time culminating in wheel pose. So channel your inner child and try something you might not have tried in a while.

Exploring the placement of the front ribs and its relation to core activation to help stabilise and strengthen to a whole new level. Great for nailing high & low planks.

All you need is a chair and a large towel to do this 60 minute workout, split into two sections focusing on lower and upper body.
